The replacement didn't work either. Sigh. This means that they're either incredibly flakey devices, or there's something wrong at the Palm end. Since the Palm works quite happily with my phone over IR, I know the hardware works, so perhaps there's a software configuration problem somewhere.
And if that's the case - implying that the first keyboard was okay too - why have Palm (the company) spent two months "waiting for parts"?
So I'm still without a portable means of typing. Not happy. Current Mood: frustrated
