Bleedin' virus mails

I'm getting a huge amount of virus mails at the moment. Several hundred a day, I think. What's annoying is that a lot of them are actually bounces from other sites, "back" to me, because they've been spoofed with my email address on them. So they're not spam, and my ISP doesn't bin them.

And the rest? They're the really cheeky ones, along the lines of "Dear sugoll, your computer has been used to send a lot of spam recently and is probably running a proxy server. Please follow the attached instructions to secure your computer. Regards, the sugoll.domain support team."

(of course, it's entirely possible that the former are also the latter, i.e. forged bounces.)
