I've spent the past week reading through the awesome Leopard review over at Ars Technica. There's some great stuff in both the OS and in the review itself (I"m off to read about LLVM next). But one thing amused me more than anything else.

Apple, it seems, have honking big icons for all their recent models of Macs, to represent the machines seen on the network, and they're honking because the icons can appear in multiple sizes. Anyway, this is what they include for 'generic PC'.

And Leopard itself? Ooo, yes, I want it. But not yet. My plan was to wait until early next year, when there's at least a 10.5.1 out, and then buy a new machine with it on.
